Despite the inconsistent officiating, Kobe and the Lakers were able to take it to the Jazz in Game 1. The recently named MVP did most of his damage from the free throw line, scoring 21 of his 38 points while no one was guarding him.
For the Jazz to have a chance in Game 2, they must control the tempo, do a better job defensively of containing Kobe, and not fall behind by too many points early. No problem, right? Um, sure. Join us right here for all of the action, beginning around 1030PM EST.

I agree. I don't think Jazz has the confidence to beat Lakers. They won't come back from their first loss.

In a close game you got to have a closer;
In the last 2 minutes of the game is when the game is up for grabs;
Kobe hugging the ball, NO MORE !
Instead is looking for the open man most likely GASOL LA finally can close the deal!

I agree, as they say, 80% of the games, are the team that wins the first game, who wins the series.
