The above is from Lang Whitaker over at Slamonline.com, where they got the scoop of the Hawks' new unis. It wasn't supposed to be revealed until tomorrow according to the official Hawks site, so hurray for the internet! Says Whitaker:
I've patiently held my tongue all this time, but they finally publicly announce the new logo and uniforms tomorrow. [...] I like them...kinda like the BETcats, but without that odd orange color. Also, first time since I've been alive that the Hawks didn't have red and yellow in their team colors. Hawks fans no longer have to dress like they work at McDonalds!Personally, I don't think it's spectacular one way or another -- it's nothing horrible like the Christmas inspired Bucks uniforms or even the influx of red so many teams now have. These feel just very ... safe. Maybe it's a good thing they are being low-key.
What do you think, should they have been a bit more ballsy or is this actually a great look?

1. bobcats jersey's...really cuz i see atlanta on the jersey and they are black white and red...not night reflector orange, blue,and white i think i got all the colors .. i lost complete interest in the bob-kitten's when someone in the upper office let cornelious"nelly"seehes so important i forget his last name..I wonder if he know's or has been informed what "nelly" means...lol

4. I wrote that I thought the jerseys emulated the coloring of the Atlanta Braves a little bit. Who knows where that yellow every came from?
