Shane Victorino Flies Through The Air With The Greatest of Effort

That supreme effort from Shane Victorino came during Monday night's game against the Astros in Houston while chasing a foul ball in the seventh inning with two outs and the bases loaded.
"Later, I realized it was not so smart of a play," Victorino said. "Fortunately, I ended up not being hurt. After I look at it on a replay, it was stupid. You've got to be smart. I have a career. I could've ended up hurting myself."
That's what some people said when Aaron Rowand made an incredible catch against the Mets last season which caused Rowand to break his nose and go on the disabled list. But sales of shirts and jerseys with Rowand's name on them went up something like 500% after that catch. Victorino is already loved in Philly ... something tells me he's about to be loved a whole lot more.
