So Ginn Racing didn't close both the #13 and #14 Nextel Cup teams this week, just their Busch team, which amounted to roughly 30 people losing their jobs, save the spotter who was promoted to Cup. But, even though they haven't closed the books, Bobby Ginn seems to have made both team's numbers available on the open owner market, with the likelihood of selling the #13 to the highest bidder.And what owner might be willing to buy its way into the top 35? Teresa Earnhardt is the leading runner. Paul Menard isn't going to be able to climb his way into the top 35 himself if he can't qualify for a race. DEI's got the cash to compensate. You put it together.
What that means for Kellogg's I have no idea, but about the Kellogg's driver ...
A source tells me that Kyle Busch has already decided on Richard Childress Racing and is expected to take a lot of his crew with him. By a lot, I take it to mean his crew chief, Alan Gustafson (making room for Tony Eury Jr.), and whoever else wants to come along. Maybe the sponsor will follow, too.

1. First off, i love the pic of the car! Second, i find it funny that when it was announced that Kyle was leaving and rumors floated that Alan might go with him, Alan said he loved it so much at Hendrick he'd consider sweeping floors, not that would happen, but he said that he'd rather do another position at Hendrick than consider the possibility of goin to another organization. As far as Kyle at RCR, the only good thing i like bout that, and that is ONLY 1 THING, is that it'll piss off Kevin Harvick, cause when asked bout it when Kyle became a free agent, he didnt even want to entertain the idea, and anything that pisses Kevin Harvick off makes me happy! But other than that, i dont like the idea of it. Kyle is a talented driver, i wont deny that, but he's so damn immature, i just dont understand why Childress would want to go thru another Kevin Harvick stage, although i dont think Kevin has completely got thru it or if he ever will! But until Kyle makes an announcement, everybody can speculate but yet you can be suprised as well, aka Jr to Hendrick!

2. Remember that"THE KING", Richard Petty said he has never seen a driver with the talent that Kyle Busch has shown on the track since Tim Richmond. We also have to remember that the Honorable Owner, Rick Hendrick said that there was no room at the Inn for Dale Jr. I personally think that Kyle Busch is a better driver than Dale Jr. and will finish his career with more wins as well. Kyle needs to grow up a little and he will have a stellar career. I am a Gordon Fan but I wish Kyle the best and hope he shines where he does end up. RCR is a good team. Oh well, Kevin Harvick needs to grow up too.

3. I doubt Alan Gustafson would go, it was only a couple of weeks ago that he said he would rather clean floors for Mr. Hendrick than crew chief somewhere else.

4. I hope Rick Hendrick doesn't take Tony Jr. I don't think he's all that they say about him, same with TJ majors. I think Jr would be better off to start with an all new team.

5. I like the car. I thought that it would look weird to see Jr in anything but red. But that car has a nice look to it. I would be happy with that design and number. I like the number 5 for Jr.

6. I love that Kyle is going RCR, he will now be the driver with respect being Richard is going to get him. Richard has alway's had driver's with attitude and i do believe that Kevin is man enough to accept Kyle as a team mate for he has a business and he is a strong enough person to be man enough to not lower himself to child like actions, even though he made a comment about it. Richard will tame them down and he is the best in the business to handle GUYS WITH ATTITUDE, and he is not into wanting the Hendrick's type, all prissy and girlie like, poor JR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

7. Sidney, why did you have to bring TJ Majors into this? Now, I am one that will definitly defend TJ. After meeting him a few times, he is a sweetheart. He is a mechanic and spotter for Ginn Racing as well as a spotter for the 88 Navy Busch team.
Dale Jr gives a lot of his friends jobs. Heck most of his shop are either family or friends. I think it's great.

8. Hiya buttermilk....rumors...rumors....rumors etc.Sometimes watchin NASCAR seems like watchin one of your soap operas. Bad move to put Kyle and Kevin on the same team, it won't ever work, but will make for entertainment. To me, jr is the Paris Hilton of NASCAR...a big to do about nothing. Who cares about what he eats, drinks, thinks,etc.Let him prove himself on the track before wasting so much ink on a non-performer.Keep the faith

9. As a Pepsico employee and stock holder, nothing would make me happier than to have Junior drive the Mountain Dew car. Well, no longer having to advertise for Bud just to support my favorite driver would not suck in the least! No more "Don't you mean Bud?" questions when I order a Miller Lite (screw the Elf!) with my Junior gear on. Do the Dew, Junebug!!!

12. Why the Kevin bashing, He is one of the actual better drivers on the track, knows how to handle his car in traffic, and when a wreck happens in front of him. He doesn't wreck other drivers, especially his own teammates aka: Tony the tiger. Pablo sent him into the wall, but Kevin was cool about it. I think Kevin and Kyle will make a great tandem. I know they will work together real well. And RCR is getting better and better every year. Watch out, they are good!

19. ill miss bud as a sponsor but grew up on the dew so thats great also. think harvick and the shrub will turn out to be a dud. jr still made the #8 respectable in nascar so he should be the one to carry it on wherever he goes. As far as the hendrick boys ill still not root for them so they can be prissy all they want.I mean come on kasey in a bud car he still drinking his vitamin water, hes so young he couldnt hardly couldnt tell you what a good cold bud taste like?
