Titans cornerback Pacman Jones is apparently in discussions to sign with the professional wrestling outfit TNA. But while Jones is suspended for the entire 2007 season, he's still under contract with the Titans, and the team isn't keen on his latest venture. "That type of thing is not permitted in accordance with the player's contract,'' Coach Jeff Fisher said Monday....Jones is not permitted to practice with the team, but he is allowed to work out and watch film once a week. He was at the Titans' practice facility Monday, but he didn't talk to the media, and teammates said he didn't talk to them about wrestling. TNA said it expects to have an announcement about his status with the organization soon, and there are indications that he'll sign some type of contract with TNA but not actually get in the ring to wrestle.
"He's a football player. He's no wrestler,'' linebacker Keith Bulluck said. "He needs to concentrate on other things besides wrestling.
"I think he has enough on his plate right now. But you never know with that guy. Who knows what he is going to do. I don't know if that is the best thing to do, but at the same time it not my decision, it's Pac's.''

This young man needs to eat like the rest of us. How many of you would be able to live a year with out working. Where the NFL has said he cant play or draw a pay check for 2008 its silly to tell him he cant work and support his family. Give Pac Man a break on this on men and look in the mirror before you pile on the band wagon. With out question Pac Man has made horrible decisions and he is reaping his harvest. Why dont you ask Maurice Clarett if it would be better to work or turn to crime. Give me a break.. When Paul Horning got caught gambling and he was suspended from football he kept working. Why then is everyone having a cow because Pac Man is trying to make an honest dollar while he is out of the league? Why is there a different standard for Pac Man than PAul Horning faced?? could it be because he is a man of color?? Its sad some things never have changed.. Roger G. from Indy..

he shouldnt need to do this. Pacman got a big signing bonus unless he blew it making it rain in the clubs. He should study tape and come out stuntin. after being the most prepared in his situation. he could help his fellow Dbs and returners by being able to study more tape than anyone and helping his org. in his current pos.
