That was Pam Oliver asking Tony Romo about his contract (unfortunately, he gave a bland answer) and continuing the interview while Romo squirmed because a cockroach was walking on him.
After the jump is the infamous YouTube video of a weatherman freaking out at a cockroach, which Joe Buck referenced but Troy Aikman had never heard of.
Here it is, the weatherman who can't handle a cockroach:

2. LOOK AT THE VIDEO PEOPLE....IT WASNT A ROACH. IT WAS A BEATLE THAT WAS PUT ON HIS UNIFORM. AND NEWMAN WAS THE ONE WHO PUT IT THERE.
