Being the head coach of the Raiders is stressful, and Lane Kiffin's immune system would like for him to take it easy.

Kiffin was in the hospital this week and missed two days of practice, and he says doctors told him they're 95 percent sure he has mononucleosis.

Kiffin's doctor told him not to yell or exert energy. Leave it to wide receiver Mike Williams to be the one who wants to make sure his coach doesn't yell too much:

"I told him he should designate one of the trainers or something to be the person who yells for him, but he didn't do it," said Williams.

Kiffin has lost 11 pounds during his illness. Maybe Williams should contract mono, too.
