From The Dallas Morning News via sports gossip god, Ben Maller:Tony Romo, whose romance with singer Carrie Underwood is frequent tabloid fodder, gave gossip reporters something to chase during his speech after accepting the team's offensive player of the year award. He thanked several people, ending the list by saying with a smirk, "and my wife."Maybe it's just some sort of locker room joke, who knows. Or maybe he went the Tony Gonzalez route and that's why there wasn't much attention paid to it. Anyways, I'd have a hard time believing the two got married without anyone leaking the news.

I highly doubt these two would ditch all the free press they both dearly love(carrie especially needs it)...and get married on the DL...unless carrie is packing away the hollywood lifestyle and going to romo ranch for the rest of her life...

If the rumors are true, then Romo is one lucky dude. Carrie is The All-American Girl, and easy on the eyes! She's on top of the Country Music world, and now she may be married to the starting QB of the Dallas Cowboys. Not bad for someone who, not long ago, was an unknown country girl from Nowheresville, Oklahoma. Only in America!
