Now, there's a new one. A local prankster took the Notre Dame security force for a ride at the Georgia Tech game when he illicitly gained sideline access while dressed as a priest. According to SI.com, the unidentified man and a camera crew waltzed right into Notre Dame Stadium with nary a press credential or field pass and captured some footage of the fake priest at the game. What's more, the sham reverend posted a six minute video of his exploits on YouTube, which was quickly removed and buried before bloggers could get their grubby hands on it. Shame. All in all, a pretty impressive stunt. I tried a similar move last year when I couldn't get tickets to the Penn State game, but I was dressed up as the pope. And I'd had 20 Jager bombs. Needless to say, it didn't work very well.
