This is the mug shot taken by the Las Vegas Police Department after arresting O.J. Simpson yesterday. Today TMZ has obtained an audio tape of Simpson's confrontation with a sports memorabilia dealer, which led to the arrest. Simpson apparently thinks the memorabilia dealer stole some of his stuff and tried to sell it, as evidenced by him saying on the tape, "Think you can steal my s**t and sell it?"
Simpson was arrested at the Palms hotel and is accused of an armed robbery in a room at the Palace Hotel. It's not clear whether the memorabilia really was Simpson's but even if it was, why didn't he call the police and report it stolen, rather than try to steal it back?
It's surprising that Simpson cares so much about getting the memorabilia back anyway, considering that any memorabilia owned by Simpson is supposed to be auctioned off, with the proceeds given to the family of Ronald Goldman, the waiter Simpson was acquitted of -- but found liable for -- killing.

The police arrest O.J Simpson because a third-party bystander said he overheard someone say "put down the Gun"; the police call it collaborating witness. Thank God there is an audio tape; we will soon find out the truth. I personally believe that there was no gun used in this matter.

Our system let O.J. down by not finding these thieves before he did. I would be upset and looking for these people to if the police were not doing their job. They were his things and he wanted them back. Like he can trust the police after all he's been through. Let him play golf. He's not hurting anyone. GO O.J.!!!!
