NFL teams don't publicly announce their game plans, but the general perception around the league seems to be that the Cowboys have a simple plan for containing Devin Hester on Sunday night: Kick away from him.
Cowboys punter Mat McBriar will kick high and short, forcing Hester to fair catch, as he did against the Chargers (Hester had just one return, for zero yards, against the Chargers.) McBriar has the skill necessary to keep the ball away from Hester, something the Chiefs wish they had done last week.
It's a little harder on kickoffs, though. Cowboys kicker Nick Folk has just two touchbacks on 16 kickoffs this year, so it's not like he can just choose to kick it out of the end zone every time. That likely means the Cowboys will do what the Colts did in the Super Bowl, after Hester returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown -- squib kick every time.
That means the Bears should get good field position repeatedly, but really, if you're a Cowboys fan, do you care? The Cowboys' defense won't have much trouble stopping the Rex Grossman-led offense. A huge return from Hester is by far the biggest threat the Bears have. The Cowboy will be just fine if they can prevent that.

The Cowboys' D has given up 55 points in two games. So on average, they'd have to score 4 TD's against the bears D to win.

It's true. I'm D fan but so far we have beat two nobodies. Grossman is a bum, but he has a big game once every 4 months and this could be it.

If they couldn't stop an Eli Manning led offense, why should they be expected to stop Rex Grossman?

Perhaps because Eli is a better quarterback than Rex? You may not have been paying attention, but Eli looks fantastic this year (with the exception of one boneheaded INT). Rex, not so much.

Yeah, the Cowboy's D has looked about as good as Rex does on a bad week. Hester is the least of your problems. Try not to lay down in front of every offense you face this year. Through two weeks, it hasn't been a very good defensive strategy.

Wanted to clarify that "you may not have been paying attention" wasn't intended to sound like a smart-aleck comment -- more like "I can't really blame anyone who hasn't been paying attention to the Giants this year." I wish I didn't. Oy vey.
