My God, man, let the Petrino thing go. Man to man, you can not tell me or anyone else that in the same situation BP was in (millionaire premadonna football players, quarterback electrocuting pitbulls and now doing fed time, bad mouthing from players from DAY ONE, ownership hovering over every decision, miserable family situation, etc., etc.,) you wouldn't make the same decision. The author of this article obviously has never had an independent thought. Why are you bringing up Petrino, who most likely won't coach Darren for a single day, given the likelyhood of McFadden going to the NFL? You could not have done any research on McFadden, given your ignorant comment about his "looking out for number one". McFadden has always been a team player and an outstanding part of his community. Is he going to the NFL? Most likely...but are we to fault him in this decision and call him selfish? I guess if we are as misinformed as the author of this article is we would. Rich is a journalistic joke. "According to an earlier source Darren McFadden was present when sports agent, Mike Conley negotiated the deal for the Escalade at Superior Cadillac, in Fayetteville."
You have to call the source an "earlier source" because this source has admitted they wrong. I guess calling them "earlier" travels back in time to make a point you want to make without having to deal with current facts.

As far as Petrino goes, let me ask you something Rich. Would you be man enough to leave your job and take a cut in pay for the happiness of your family? Of course in your case this probably couldn't happen because it would be a minimum wage violation.
