I don't know if you're aware of it, but the people of West Virginia aren't very happy with Rich Rodriguez right now. The school isn't happy that Rich hasn't paid back that $4 million they feel he owes them. The fans aren't happy that Rodriguez would just ditch the program he built for a high profile job at Michigan. Hell, now the NCAA may not be too happy with what Rodriguez may or may not have destroyed on his way out of Morgantown.
Still, I don't think Rich ever thought that Cole Chevrolet or the Price Police were going to come after him.

Mountaineer fans--STOP! Please stop vilifying our former coaches and players. These actions may backfire on us. Future prospective coaches and recruits might think twice about coming to a place, that if it did't work out as planned, and the opportunity to move on would result in being defamed and vilified, would not give us a "second look". For the sake of the future of Mountaineer sports, let the courts decide. And please leave the Rodriguez famliy alone!

Couldn't Michigan sue for using a trademarked logo without permission, for commercial purposes?
