You don't care about Rafa!
You don't care about the fans!
Liverpool is in the wrong hands!
That was just one of many choruses ringing out at Anfield today as Liverpool fans protested against American owners Tom Hicks and George Gillett. Another song I couldn't quite make out incorporated the phrase, "You limey bastards." I dare say they might prefer the gents from Dubai over the current boardroom drama.
On the pitch, a late strike from Peter Crouch saved a point for Liverpool against Aston Villa. The match ended in a 2-2 draw, leaving both clubs two points behind Everton for 4th place and the final Champions League qualifying spot.

I have to say, there's a distressing anti-Americanism in some of those photos. The fact that Gillett and Hicks are American has little to do with this; hell, Liverpool were playing Villa today, whose fans are more than happy with their American owner, Randy Lerner. It's the motives and financing of the ownership, not their passports, that matters.

Yeah, but i think they're trying to express that Americans with no background in ENGLISH football know anything about Liverpool, the fans or the EPL.
