Notes on a trip to the Super Bowl.
I was thinking today about the ways in which the Super Bowl has changed through the years. Tickets are much more expensive, players are much wealthier, owners are much wealthier, and media hordes are much larger, just to name a few.
But I think the biggest change is in the style of the game and the men who play it, and it can be summed up pretty well by Patriots receiver Chad Jackson, who was asked about how he got his interesting hairdo and explained, "I have a personal stylist named Peaches."
I ask you: Can you imagine any player on Vince Lombardi's Green Bay Packers, the team that won the first Super Bowl, saying, "I have a personal stylist named Peaches"?

1. MDS, dude, you need to brush up on the grammar. It's not "more wealthier." "wealthier" will suffice. Geez.

2. Peaches is a common nickname for black women. I think you are reaching for straws MDS.

3. No I can't imagine a player on the the teams of old having stylist. But then I dont foresee Chad Jackson ever really playing either.
Don't know what it is, he athletically talented, I guess he's just not a smart player?

he was hurt at the beginning of the season but he played a pretty good bit last year too. I grew up with the guy and also attended the same HS. He's a pretty good player...we'll see what he can do next season
