Remember a few years ago when, as a Minnesota Viking, Randy Moss walked off the field and into the locker room at the end of a loss to the Washington Redskins?
In Super Bowl XLII, it was Moss and his new team ... the New England Patriots ... that did the walking. With :01 remaining in the game ... everyone who seems to have the right to run onto a field when a game ends, did. They had to clear the field to run that one second off the clock. As they did so, the Pats team walked off the field and into the locker room. The only guys left on the field were the stragglers who comprised the 11 that were on the field when the Giants took their game-ending kneel.
It should be noted that Bill Belichick did congratulate Giants' head coach Tom Coughlin (who he worked with back on that Super Bowl XXV Giants' team). You can see that at the :41 mark of the video above. Still, have your team out there for "all 60 minutes" ... then walk off the field.

Belichick is a classless human being. He is the ultimate sore loser and everytime he does something like this how can anyone be surprised? It should be expected... There is justice. Perfect Season. Gone... No more talk of them being the best team ever. Congrats Patriots for being the biggest chokejobs ever...
From Indy... with love.

This guy doesn't give two shits about anyone or anything but himself! He disregards rules and the integrity of the game! He doesn't even give a shit about his own players! A general/Leader stays with their men through victory or loss! Just like the captain of a ship will sink to his death before bailing his men!
Maybe this will open people's eyes in NE? Doubt it though!

Walking off the field was typical for Belicheat. I wouldn't have expected anything else from a classless person such as him. The Cheatriots did not seem very prepared for the game, perhaps they should have watched more FILM! hehehe

Is anyone surprised? Belichick is a sorry excuse of a human being, and-excuse my french-is a classless piece of sh*t. As #1 said, he is a sore loser and got exactly what he deserves. 18-1 just doesn't have that same ring to it. There are only 42 great teams in the Super Bowl era, and the 2007 Patriots arent one of them
And remember Tom Brady's smack talk in response to Burress's prediction that "he thinks we're only going to score 17 points?"......How many points did they score again??

It serves the patriots right to lose their perfect season. Did you see the shot where Tom Brady completely snubbed Eli Manning before the game started? They thought they were too good to lose. HAHA! 18-1. Congrats Giants!

The amazing play by Eli Manning was illegal and should not have been allowed. The Official had thrown
up his arms signifying that the play had ended, BUT
since ELI knew the officials were for the Giants pulled away and threw the ball anyway. The Official
who had signified the play over slunk away and
allowed the pass to be good. The New Yorks Gians should allow a full share to each of the officials
for allowing them to win. Eli, in my opinion, is a
disgrace to professional football//He should be banned from ever playing again.

THE GREAT GAME HAS COME AND GONE, BUT AS A PATS FAN I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH THE UNSPORTSMAN LIKE CONDUCT OF THE COACH AND PLAYERS THAT I AM HAPPY THE GIANTS WON! I HAD PREDICTED TO MANY PEOPLE TODAY THAT THE GIANTS COULD WIN, AND THEY DID! CONGRATS TO THEM! THE MANNING BROTHERS HAVE A RIGHT TO BE PROUD!!

Ok so the Patriots lost the Superbowl. They went 18 and 1. But they still broke a whole lot of records this year. If anyone is snobby and snubbing anyone it's the entire Manning family. They are 2 spoiled rich boys who have had everything given to them their whole life.. Good for them they have a ring a piece.. Brady's still got 3. But whatever.

I loved the way Belichick walked off the field before the game was over. Belichick is a human being who is very disappointed. The Pats threw it away. The Giants were an also ran who got lucky. What a terrible loss! I too walked out of the party and went home early. No fun for me. Remember Bill Buckner? What a choke! The 08 Patriots are number two in that department. I will never follow them closely again. Never.

Sometimes there is true justice!
I remember the arrogant impudence of the man when interviewed after the cheating incident. He didn't want to even acknowledge thatit happened. "We are focused on next weeks game."
Now today, after the Giants giant game... NOT A WORD OF PRAISE for the team that beat him. This once again converts his losing to BEING A LOSER!
Bill...wake up! Be a man!

WHo cares that Bill walked off the field.. The game was basically over, and he congratulated Cofflin. The Manning's have a combined 2 rings in 10 years. Brady's got 3 and has been to 4 in 7. But whatever

Sometimes there is fine line between arrogant/cocky and confident. I think the Patriots, even Brady, crossed that line tonight. No need for sour grapes or conspiracy theories, the Giants just played their perfect game on the right night. Congrats to Coughlin and Manning after taking s**t for so long, and to Strahan and the veterans. Its just hard to pull for the Pats, unless you are from New England I guess.
