Bill Belichick Leaves Field Before Game Ends

Remember a few years ago when, as a Minnesota Viking, Randy Moss walked off the field and into the locker room at the end of a loss to the Washington Redskins?

In Super Bowl XLII, it was Moss and his new team ... the New England Patriots ... that did the walking. With :01 remaining in the game ... everyone who seems to have the right to run onto a field when a game ends, did. They had to clear the field to run that one second off the clock. As they did so, the Pats team walked off the field and into the locker room. The only guys left on the field were the stragglers who comprised the 11 that were on the field when the Giants took their game-ending kneel.

It should be noted that Bill Belichick did congratulate Giants' head coach Tom Coughlin (who he worked with back on that Super Bowl XXV Giants' team). You can see that at the :41 mark of the video above. Still, have your team out there for "all 60 minutes" ... then walk off the field.
