Red Sox Monster tips us off to some fresh Red Sox spring training video -- whoo, pitchers and catchers, whoo! -- and at least one major revelation is obvious: Daisuke Matsuzaka is rocking a mullet.

It's not just any mullet, of course. It's of the European/Asian styled mullet family, the kind of thing that is not only likely popular in Japan and, say, the Netherlands, but is considered the height of fashion. I have a feeling that in Japan, Dice-K looks like a rock star. In America, he looks like a Wal-Mart employee. It's all relative.

But a world in which a mullet makes you look totally awesome -- well, that's the world I one day want to live in.
