It's pretty safe to say that this dunk from Dwight Howard not only a) helped him win the slam dunk contest on Saturday night, but b) locked his 2008 performance into one of the all time great moments of creativity.
There has been mention/discussion about whether or not Howard actually dunked the ball, since he technically threw the ball in ... but come on. The dood was so freaking high in the air that he could throw the ball through the hoop. It was disgusting.

Technically, that wasn't a dunk. The slam dunk contest just got dumber and dumber each year. I don't know if he would have won that title if it weren't for that stupid superman custume.
