The NFL Scouting Combine is rumor central in the football world, with hundreds of players, agents, coaches and executives in town trading gossip. Most of the rumors aren't worth passing along, but John Czarnecki of Fox Sports writes about one that's too juicy to pass up:
The Patriots and Randy Moss really aren't close to a new contract, although the Pats believe Moss will give them the option to match whatever deal he does receive on the open market. That makes sense because the clubs pursuing Moss will be limited because he wants to play for a contender. The most interesting rumor is Moss joining the Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys can pay up, and wouldn't T.O. and Moss be interesting to watch, not to mention impossible to defend?I really don't think the Cowboys are going to sign Moss. I think the Patriots are going to keep him. And I think there's a pretty good chance that Terrell Owens would become a locker-room cancer if Moss usurped his position as the team's No. 1 receiver. So this rumor doesn't really make a whole lot of sense.
And yet Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has said he wants to add an offensive playmaker this off-season who will make people say "wow." Moss would certainly qualify on that front.

While where on the subject of cheating..lets call all present and former coaching staff for all the NFL teams in front of congress, put them under oath, and see how many may actually have done this. The coaches never wanted this scandal to come to a head, because this sort of thing is rampant in football. Just like the MLB steroid scandal. Now to all you Patriots hater's out ther I say, Don't hate..appreciate! Now hurry up and figure out some way to scandalize the Red Sox, I'm sure their next on your agendas. All of New England just celebrated a Red Sox World Series win, and it now has the NBA's best team. Oh, yeah, the Pats have won three Super Bowls this decade. Isn't it time to share the wealth?

15. Wow! Pat's FANS calling Peyton and it's PEYTON not PAYTON learn to spell son, a jerk. Peyton actually stayed in the press box when Eli signaled him to come down and be with him and the family. Peyton then mouthed NO, this is your TURN brother. Then he went to the locker room to show his brother some love. Jerk would be leaving the field early, jerk would be not shaking Eli's hand as the losing QB. But, it will be nice seeing those titles be handed back like Marion Jones had to. It's ashame, just when people thought Brady was good, we find out he's nothing without Spying! He costs his team the GAME, lol. The first game the pat's couldn't cheat due to all the extra attention they LOSE, hmmmmm!
*Earlier in the season Matt Light is shown telling Brady to hurry and call the play, then Brady asked the Offensive Coordinator to call the play, then he said, "WAIT the DEFENSE still hasn't signaled the play yet!" LOL - FUNNY BUT TRUE STORY
*note-Peyton calls his own plays! Only QB in the NFL to call 100% of his plays* he is given 3 - 4 options then has 2 of his own audibles.
Peyton is the FACE of the NFL and now little brother will be also. And Super Bowl XLIII will be the MANNING BOWL!!!!
