The good news after almost a week in the ESPN studios, Digger Phelps is no longer giggling at every utterance from Bob Knight. The one thing Phelps can't seem to stop doing is touching Knight when they discuss something. You can see Knight visibly began to flinch and lean away from Phelps after a while.

4. Devon doesn't know very much about basketball ...Every one of Phelp's players graduated and he broke the 888 game winning streak of UCLA ...Walton still has nightmares...The guy is a class act...

6. Coach knight brings a refreshing light to all the windbags on the ESPN talk shows.what bob says actually makes sense instead of the gibberish there in there out this teams gonna win etc.no one knows who will win thats why they play the game.Keep up the good work caoch Knight

7. Must be a slow news day for Charles Rich...like who really cares if Digger touches Knight. What would be more news worthy is if Knight beat the crap out of Digger. As much as I hate ESPN they did make the right hire in Knight. Digger is so giddy over having Knight on the show it makes me sick. All Digger is...is a "yes man" to Knight. Knight brings more insight to this program than those other 4 has been wanna bes ever will.

8. I have seldom uttered kind words about Bob Knight; I have viewed his career as a waste, in that he squandered so many years of great achievement in favor of an over-inflated ego and the self indulgence of "doing it his way."
That said, his basketball comments rise head and shoulders above all the other heads making noise on most of the sports shows. Fair is fair, and the last several appearances help to illustrate his skills as a teacher, student of the game, and communicator to whoever is willing to listen. I retain my opinions of his negative attributes, however, I compliment his obvious skills and must say that I have enjoyed and appreciated these appearances. All those sitting near by are out of their league, by comparison.

9. Other than Digger (and maybe including Digger), the rest of the crew is terrified of Knight. You can see it and hear it.

10. I love listening to Bob Knight and the rest of the guys. I really hate listening to the games when Dickie V is doing them. The man talks about everything but the game and he gives me a headache. The same goes for Lavin and Musburger. I think they should stay with the game and that's all.
