The Word:

Chad Johnson Is So Unhappy in Cincinnati, He Might Have to Consider the Arena League

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Johnson is widely reported to be unhappy in Cincinnati, and he more or less confirmed those reports with an appearance on ESPN today:

Johnson didn't come right out and say he wants to leave Cincinnati, but he didn't say he wants to stay, either, and he said when asked if he had talked to coach Marvin Lewis, "I haven't talked to anyone. I'm just enjoying the off-season." (He did, however, confirm that he had to be restrained by Lewis at halftime of a playoff game two years ago.)

Johnson then talked about his desire to move into acting, saying he's going to star in some short films where he plays a character named Agent Ocho. Based on the one line he delivered as "Agent Ocho" in the interview, I'd advise him not to quit his day job.

When asked about scoring his 50th career touchdown (he's currently at 49), Johnson said, "I don't know, man. I don't know what I'm going to do. Whatever it is and where ever I am, it's going to be something fun. You know what, I might be playing Arena ball. That's the route I might have to go."
