This is fake. He is obviously standing in front of the car. I doubt Kobe's stupid enough to sacrifice his career over a youtube video. I'm sure it took many takes to get the timing as perfect as he did.

The sun is behind the camera, ergo, shadows go towards the horizon. Check out Kobe's shadow during the jump, it's on the right side of the car he's supposedly jumping over. If he were jumping over the car, we wouldn't be able to see the shadow. No doubt, he could do it, but I think he's smart enough to know it's not worth the risk.

Here's the problem, whether real or not, some kid somewhere is going to try and do the same thing as Kobe, some of those other examples will not lead to the death/injury of the person doing it.....
