24. Tennessee Titans Take Chris Johnson, East Carolina, in NFL Draft


East Carolina running back Chris Johnson was the fastest player at this year's scouting combine, and he's one of the fastest players in the history of the combine. That's the good news.

The bad news is that he doesn't break tackles. He simply won't take a handoff and go straight up the gut, and that's something he's going to need to learn how to do in the NFL.

Still, this guy has such unique talent -- and is such a good kick returner in addition to playing running back -- that even if this is a reach, you can't blame the Titans for making this selection.
