9. Cincinnati Bengals: Keith Rivers, LB, USC

USC linebacker Keith Rivers is an attractive choice because he can play in either the 3-4 or the 4-3, and on the strong side, the weak side or in the middle. Bengals coach Marvin Lewis is known for his ability to get the most out of his linebackers. This pick makes a lot of sense for both sides.

The only question about Rivers is an ankle injury that was described as minor but seemed to slow him down for much of 2007. If he can stay healthy, he's going to be a very good rookie.
