According to Bugs & Cranks, where I found this wonderful video, this reportedly took place at a Chattanooga Lookouts game, and the bottle the baby is drinking from is empty. I'm not sure I buy the fact that the bottle was empty though, I mean, do you see the way the kid starts acting after a few sips?

While he starts the video relatively calm, and sipping on his brew, he suddenly becomes very loud and thinks he can dance. If that's not indicative of somebody who is drunk, I don't know what is.
