So now it turns out that Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo has not, in fact, broken up with "singer" and "actress" Jessica Simpson, contrary to the investigative journalists at the Dallas Morning News.
At least, that's the latest news if you believe the investigative journalists at UPI and People Magazine, who say that in reality, not only are Romo and Simpson are still together, and that Romo is Jessica's date to Ashlee Simpson's wedding Saturday.
UPI reports:
While reports have surfaced recently that the singer-athlete duo have broken up, a source close Jessica Simpson said Romo (would) serve as her date to her younger sister's wedding, People magazine reported Friday.So it's good news for fans of the Giants, Eagles and Redskins. Romo will continue to have things on his mind other than football.
In addition to the source's information, a representative for Simpson said this week that there is no validity to the recent break-up rumors.
"It's not true," representative Cindi Berger said.

8. Jan, you can have you own opinion. It's funny the comments state you don't know jess and romo. How about the commentors know even less about you yet they seem firm in their opinions. Anyway, didn't romo have that messing up of a touchdown and crying over it incident before jess? Obviously, jess isn't the reason for whatever happens on the field.
