The defending champion Spurs. The upstart New Orleans Hornets. Game 7. [Overused sports cliche.]
I'm not the biggest fan of either one of these teams, so I'll be happy no matter who wins tonight. All I'm hoping for is a competitive game, similar to what we had yesterday between the Celtics and Cavs. And despite all of the blowouts thus far in the series, I expect that this Spurs team won't go down without a pretty good fight. The festivities get started at around 830 PM EST, join me then for all the action.

Once again a detourative response by an attorney who knows there is "No Defense" against an inevitible outcome by a better prepared oponent.
Lakers will trash the Spurs?...Yeah right. It is predictible (and laughable) in how an attorney who KNOWS what the undesirable outcome will be for their client will respond in their moment of defense for their non-winnable case.
Grand stand all you want attorney...this outcome will probably turn out as most of your cases probably have...You Lose!

The Spurs have the capacity and experience to beat any team and they will:
Not the Lakers and the reason now : Pau Gasol.

That is why Popovich wanted to create " A committee to boycott the deal that brought Gasol to LA"
Popovich got it from the get go;
Did anybody got it , yet!

To beat the Spurs in the floor 4 times you do not need a bunch of horses running all over the place;
You need a thinker in the game , brains more then muscle;
Enter Pau Gasol!

Popovich not only has Duncan,Parker and Manu ( another thinker,brains in the floor)but Horry,Finley and Kurt Thomas that amount to 500 years of experience but the brains behind at all is Popovich himself!

Another clue , the Spurs can adapt quick like no other team in the NBA;
The Spurs were down 2 with the Hornets and Popovich adjust it; Inserting Manu as a starter, paying dividends from the get go and at the end;
If LA is going up 2 -0 or even 3-0 do not go to sleep this is one of the teams that can come back from a big hole in a hurry ask the Pistons in 05.

Gasol is smart?LOL you need good defense and PEOPLE, not person, making plays ,and thats what the spurs have!!! Flaker fans need than "Gasol is smart" to beat the spurs, because Greg POP is the smartest man in basketball.Even Horry has said that Pop is a beter coach than Phil

After all the criticts saying spurs too old and slow from round 1, to the the ones saying they're done after two games in round two,the spurs win AGAIN!! they beat the BEST point gaurds in nash and pual. they beat the best of the bigs amari,shaq,west,chandler. you think the one man team is going to beat the champs. it all comes down to the things that win chapionships DEFENSE and the FLAKERS don't play it.
