First of all, I hope Ryan Church is doing alright. I suspect he won't be feeling "right" for a couple of days though, after taking a really, really painful looking knee to the head, courtesy of Yunel Escobar.
The contact occurred during the second half of a Braves-Mets doubleheader as Church went to break up a double play.
The announcer on the clip makes it seem like Yunel somehow meant to hit Church with his knee, which is pretty absurd; I thought it was clearly just incidental contact, and a pretty good reason to stay straight on a double play ball. Still, I certainly hope Church is alright.
