Pacman Jones Will Play Offense, Defense and Special Teams (If He Plays at All)

Adam "Pacman" Jones might never play another down in the NFL again, as Commissioner Roger Goodell does not appear to be in any hurry to reinstate the league's poster boy for bad behavior. But if Jones does play again, the Cowboys plan to make him one of the NFL's most versatile players.

Asked whether the Cowboys were confident that they had a solid No. 2 receiver across the field from Terrell Owens, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones first named Terry Glenn, but then he said this:
"I think potentially we could get some of those offensive plays that Adam 'Pacman' Jones ran over at Tennessee -- he had 15, 20 of them, got in the slot. That could help us there, too."

Although Pacman accomplished very little on offense in Tennessee -- two catches for 31 yards, two rushes for eight yards -- I think this is a great idea. As a kick returner, Pacman is one of the most talented players in football with the ball in his hands. Why not try it on offense, too?
