With the Mariners mired in last place with the worst record in baseball after having just been swept by the Angels to top off a 3-12 run, and rumors of John McLaren's managerial demise swirling around him, I'm sure many were wondering if the top would pop on McLaren's emotions ... again. The answer came today during McLaren's post game interview after the Mariners latest loss, and it's an empathic (bleeping) "yes":
"We're playing our (bleep) off every day and got nothing to show for it. I'm tired of (bleeping) losing, I'm tired of getting my (bleep) beat, and so have those guys. We gotta change this (bleeping bleep) around and get after it. And only we can do it. The fans are (bleeped) off, and I'm (bleeped) off, and the players are (bleeped) off. And that's the way it is. There's no (bleeping) easy way out of this, can't feel sorry for ourself, we gotta (bleeping) buckle it up and get after it. I'm tired of (bleep) losing this, (bleeping) every night we bust our (bleep). It's gotta be a total team (bleeping) effort to turn this thing around, and that's it."At this very moment, the Elias Sports Bureau is checking to see if McLaren has broken the modern day record for all time bleeps in a postgame interview held by Ozzie Guillen (six different occasions). And we're told that Guillen heard this and responded "McLaren oughta watch his (bleeping) language". *
*No, not really. Although it would be fun if Elias really did keep track of stuff like that.

He's (bleeping) right. I've been a fan ever since Jr. and Sr. took to the field in '88. They can't keep enough (bleeping) talent in the dressing room. The (bleeping) talent they find has the shelf life of (bleeping)milk. The pitching staff throws (like my grandmother. (I can't add "Bleep" to her)
I keep hoping for better (bleeping) times, but they just keep (bleeping) things up. When Gillick ran this (bleep), (bleep) was tight. Sweet Lou loved his boys and tried to keep their (bleeping bleepses) together. Maybe the fact that they carried the two greediest (bleeping bleepholes), in Griffey and Roriguez, is the reason that this (bleeping) franchise is sucking the proverbial (bleeping) bottom of the (bleeping) barrel.
If a manager has to go off, then let it be McLaren. I (bleeping) hope that he gets in his (bleeping) fill before the (bleeping) owners tie a (bleeping) can to his ass. (Bleep) like this can (bleeping bleep) me off. Now I'm really (bleeped)off. (Bleeping bleepety bleep bleep!)

time to clean house, last year would have been best. you've got a team with no pitching, no management, no more bavasi, no more losing.

Get rid of the prima donna Ichiro and then maybe the rest of the team will play up to their potential. Oh, that's right, Ichiro daddy owns the team.

The biggest problem with the Mariners is Mr Loser Bavasi (hanging on to his dads credentials) and Mr Milquetoast Maclaren who is unable to work his way out of a paperbag. These players are unable to compete with the likes of the old Seattle Raineers from way back when. If the owners want to revamp, they should keep Suzuki, Ibanez, Moore, and ship the rest off to the minors. I am really sick of this as I have been a fan since 1974.

Stay home and save your gas. Boycott the media, teams, players, and advertisers, who extort money from municipalities to build stadiums even when the people vote them down. Pittsburgh has two new stadiums built at taxpayer expense after the taxpayers voted them down. Technically they are just financed, but with financing like that a person could make billions of dollars, because they do not have to pay back the loans! It is time for the taxpayers to revolt against such corrupt practices that reward millionaires for extortion.

The solution to the Mariner's disastrous season is really quite simple:
(1)Immediately dump SEXSON. I don't care how many home runs he hits, he is the number one thorn in the team - blowing every RBI opp he's given and losing these close one run games for the team when he gets up at bat with one or two men on base, hitting into DP's.
(2)Replace him with a .270 plus hitter who'll get the RBI's
(3)Dump the other .200 low producers - namely Balentien and Burke, and also replace them with .270 plus guys
(4)With guys like Lopez and Ichiro still getting theirs, Beltre, Vidro and Ibanez will get out of their slumps and pick up the slack, and the rest will take care of itself

Dump MacLaren. The fact that he hasn't dumped Sexson is all the proof we need he's incompetent to be manager

This problem goes higher then the manager, like always there has to be a fall guy. I propose the gm gets his papers first he's taken this team down the crapper. lets send him to the cubs they got our manager they should take the gm too that ought to even it up
