so long to boring races, they should shut down and start from scratch , to much BIG money ,its doing in all sports events, years ago sports were great , now with BIG money all sports loaded with drugs, bad boys ,big companys calling the shots and the fools which go to the events just keep going like sheep to water, soon when gas is 6.00 to 7.00 a gal NOBODY WILL BE THERE!!!!

Muskie,, i couldn't agree with you more,, we america's are the greediest people on earth, and very few people are left in the work force who take pride in what they do for a living, just make sure i get what i can get and let the next guy worry about himself, We used to be the greatest country in the world, look at us now, and no its not all bushs fault either, this has been going on for years..I bought a new GMC truck, wish i never did, the two nissan's i owned were 100 times better than any american made auto !! We adults need to teach the younger generation what true pride is....

Very sad, since GM has been a huge part of NASCAR. One would think that having GM in NASCAR would boost sales. GM doesn't make cars like it once did forcing team owners and regular people to look to Toyota and other cars.

get real, nissan and honda are not going to be in nascar anytime soon. and if the u.s. automakers and their workers weren't such greedy pieces of crap, they would have tried to fix things in-house instead of doing nothing to advance their products. overseas automakers aren't selling more over here because of luck. they have had to deal with high gas prices for more than 10 years, which is why you don't see an oversized s.u.v in every other spot in a parking lot. crappy management and greedy workers are what's causing g.m. to scale back, nothing more.
