Sad to say but I hope DEI folds and she ends up flat broke. She only married Dale for his money and then cheated Jr. out of inheriting the business his father set up for him. Pitiful.

If Teresa sells to anyone.......she needs to sell to Dale, Jr., Kelly and Kerry. She could do it retaining 25% interest in her own daughter's name for release on her 21st birthday. That would be the honorable solution. If Dale Sr. had any idea how this thing was going to go down...he would have set it up differently from the beginning. And....how much does Max Siegel have invested????? Hmmmmm.

Why isn't Teresa selling the joint? She is never at the track. She happens to be the worse owner in Nascar. She needs to get out. Duh-huh! It only take somecommon sence to know that she is a jerk!
