On Friday, Hamilton County Municipal Court Judge Richard Bernat dismissed the criminal damaging charge. Henry testified Friday that he swung at his accuser in self-defense.
Jun 13, 2008 - Henry has been suspended by the NFL pending the outcome of his trial later this month, his agent said Friday. The Bengals released Henry on April 3 after he was arrested for the fifth time. Henry is scheduled for trial June 24 in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court on charges of assault and criminal damaging.
