Feb 6, 2007 - Finnegan pleaded guilty to reckless driving Tuesday in a plea agreement to settle a drunken driving charge. Finnegan received a six-month suspended sentence, and he will be on probation until he completes 20 hours of community service in the agreement reached by his attorney, Roger May, and the assistant district attorney handling the case.
