Apr 28, 2008 - The Philadelphia Eagles sued Owens for bonus money he has not repaid the team. The suit for nearly $770,000 was filed in U.S. District Court on Monday. Owens lost in arbitration earlier this year, a ruling calling him to repay $1.7 million in bonuses the team paid him when he played in Philadelphia in 2004 and '05.

Jan 22, 2008 - Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones plans to pay Owens' $3 million roster bonus, which means the All-Pro wide receiver will be back for the final season of his three-year, $25 million contract.
