Ir's hard being a Phillies fan sometimes. Pat Gillick is, BY FAR, the worst GM in Phillies history. He dumps Abreu for nobody, then dumps Rowand for nobody. He promises a #1 pitcher and in his 3 years the best he could do was Ryan Franklin. He has traded away the Phillies top 4 of 6 prospects leaving them with nobody on the farm. Now...he gets a pitcher who is no better than Adam Eaton. This team won the east IN SPITE of him last year. Lets hope they can pull the rabbit out of the hat again. But I do guess we have to give him credit for Jose Mesa, Alfonseca, Rod Berajas and Tom Gordon. Bring Back Ed Wade!!!
